The car is a 87 non-turbo w/ a 89 turbo motor, wiring harness, and ecu. All clean. The car acts as if it's running in open loop ALL the time. It will lean out like crazy at idle (19:1-15:1 afr) I'll tap the throttle to make it rich out so it won't run hot, and sometimes it will idle right...
