Any coolant loss or oil/coolant mixing? What kind of "smoke" is coming from under the intake manifold? Did the cloud of white smoke come out of the tailpipe? Need more info.
Does the rattling sound like it's coming from the top of the struts? I would guess it's your shcok absorber bushing(s).

The graph shows your TQ and HP numbers intersecting at 4750-4800rpm....when those numbers will ALWAYS be equal at 5252 rpm, no?
Good numbers for stock too, I think. I'm a 7M head so I'm not sure. :D
It sounds like it might be your alternator or battery. If the alternator isn't working properly your battery will degrade and cause the problems you are having. If you have a multimeter check your alternators output voltage (should be around 14.5 volts). It could be just the battery as well...
