28170-CA100 - Nissan SUBWOOFER BOX
They're easy to find on ebay, but NOT a plug and play mod. You will need to modify (shorten) the tire mount in the well to make it fit.
First make sure there is no fuel in the vac line of the regulator. You can put a stethoscope on the regulator and sometimes hear the leak after pump off or pinch off the return line and see if the pressure holds. You can remove it and pressure test it on the bench as well. One or more dripping...
Only three ways to get a turbo fuel pump to run:
1) key in start position (i.e. cranking)
2) Rotating engine
3) Jump FP terminal in check box.
I would check fuel rest pressure. If the pump check valve or regulator are leaking the pressure will drop and fuel with vaporize in the rail. The fuel...
Assuming the hard part is done (the digidash install), this can be done with a single chip micro, some code and feeding the ABS speed senor signal into its ADC port.
I'm confused. First post says
but then later posts seem to contradict that.
Does you rmeter have any scope capability? Would want to look at whats on IGt if you can while cranking.
Wrong!.
It rides on the pulley, which has a ledge just for the purpose.
And this photo shows pretty clearly that the seal is much larger diameter than the snout.
Why? It is self evident that oil will leak from the backside of the pulley through the crank snout-pulley interface to the front side. Members have reported this oil leak before. It is good practice to run some FIPG on the crank snout where the pulley sits during reassembly.
It definitely looks deeper on the JZ block.
and shortening the hollow bolt looks to be hard.
Not too worried about the extra heat load. The 1JZ uses this cooler in the MK3, and there are many examples of 2JZ swaps as well using the factory cooler.
