Tein SS is the "Super Street" line. The SS can come with or without pillowball mounts. Considering the price difference, you're probably looking at the ones that come without. The ones that come with them are within a few dollars of the Flex when it comes to MSRP.
The Flex line always comes...
That's actually pretty damned f'ing cool...
By the way, if you ever get the crazy idea in your head to run a road course with a dragster, nevermind, it has been done:

This is worth the read as well...
I used a compression gauge adapter with a regulator to pressurize the cylinder to keep the valve in and then used this Snap-On tool to remove the spring the last time I did it:

Remember adjustments that are made to the AFPR are across the board and are only needed for "gross" tuning.
In other words, if you're stupid rich across the whole range, lower it (no more...
Sounds about normal.
Not unless you want to completely rebuild that motor after it grenades. Have them cleaned and flow tested.
I use RC Engineering for this. They will clean, balance and calibrate them and will have them turned around in 24 hours with a complete report of how they are...
Yea, that would make it a machine gun. ANY modification to a firearm that causes it to fire more than one round with a single trigger press defines it as an automatic weapon.
10mm is in low supply and is generally more expensive while the ballistics aren't that much different. I'd got with the .40 if forced to choose between the two; however I'd rather (and do) carry a .45 ACP.
Reasoning here...
Simplicity in wiring really. If you've got an MA70 chassis, a 2J shortblock and a 1JZ frontcut, you've got everything you need to just bolt it all together. If you run a 2J head you've got to retrofit the 2JZ electronics into a car that was never intended to have them.
I covered a lot of this stuff in this thread back in 2008:
