Can you? Sure. With enough time and money, you could turn a refrigerator into an airplane... Is it practical? Probably not. It would take an incredible amount of fabrication work. The hubs aren't compatible, the dogbones are different, the mounting points are different.

Take a look at the slave cylinder on the trans - which way does it mount?

Not to mention the V160's shifter housing places the shifter too far back in the MA70 chassis. You'd have to modify the console and trans tunnel and have a shifter in an odd position, or modify the tail end of the transmission to fit in the factory location. This doesn't even get into the fact...

Honestly the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Use the search, but if you can't find an answer, don't be shy. We're here to help.
As the old saying goes:
Cheap, Fast, Reliable - pick 2
If it's going to be fast & cheap, it's not going to be reliable.
If it's going to be reliable & fast, it ain't going to be cheap.
No, swaybars are very important. They aren't built to stop suspension geometry changes. Supras (due to the chassis design) don't have problems with chassis flexing like McPherson strut cars do...
