My vote is for LS1 with an A340E on pump gas and 6psi.

    electrical problem, car won't start

After you recharge your battery on a low amp setting, pull codes and look for 12. With everything off, put a 12 volt test light between the ground cable and negative terminal of the battery.

    7m bottom end capability.

It isn't so much that power but how you treat it. Engines 101, the rods are the first to go.

Aproxx what HP will lex/550s raise fuel cut to?

Don't you have your answer right here? It doesn't cut based on horse power, but on Hz from the meter. If it is a replica 1UZFE meter with an adjustable screw, unwinding the screw raises the cut point because less air volume is measured.

Aproxx what HP will lex/550s raise fuel cut to?

With the stock turbo you will not see much more than 13 psi. Maybe sooner with a down pipe and 75mm straight through exhaust.

You don't need abs to play linebacker for Alabama. They will take you if you are fat.

Bolt on Big Brake Kit For around 300$.

You will also like your brakes better if you replace the 25-30 year old hoses and ensure the caliper slides are lubricated. Finding fairy dust to remove 500 lbs would also help.

    Car died and won't start

The cogged pulleys are for the timing belt and oil pump. The smallest one is behind the crank dampener. It is on a keyway and the key way might be broke. That would cause your timing to be off by a bunch very quickly and the car will stall.

    Turbo issues...

You might consider letting a turbo rebuild shop deal with it. Can you balance it at 100,000 rpm?

Living with the Random Technology High Flow Catalytic Convertor

The 450mv switching feedback/cat system does work, but the A/F sensor system works better because the fueling system is better.

    CT 26 coolant flow efficiency

I don't know what you mean "flow through the cap off". The supply is what is needed to heat sink when shut off.

I guess my point was you likely have two different things wrong.

Do you have the bypass screw all the way out of the housing? That pump will greatly increase the volume of fuel to the injectors and as such, pressure. Did you modify the J-tube?
