Most of the stock struts that i have seen are toast(even when moving them quickly), so before i made poly pre 89 mounts on my 1jz car I made a custom strut with poly ends, similar to what flub is talking about, it worked great!!! It minimized engine movment alot, but without any exess vibration...
If you already have a 3.5" Dp a full 3.5" exhaust would be best. I assume you have a larger turbo than stock, so you will be able to reallytake advantage of the larger piping. Yes 3.5" will be loud, it isnt quite as loud on a 1jz as they dont have as deep of an exhaust note as the 7m which does...
Well I drove the car to the paint shop the other day.......it was quite a trip with no windows, windshield, interior, guage cluster, mirrors.....and a bunch of things removed. It wasnt raining!!!!, and the paint shop is only a 2-3 min drive away. I took some pics of it on the ground with the...
The fronts are the only possibilities, i will look into having molds made from them and see if it is feaseable. For the rears you have the Kaze which we used or S2 fenders are available.
UPDATE- The bodywork is pretty much finnished !!! I am just working on a few last finishing touches. I...
I had 720's when i had the emanage blue.......ill have to see if i still have it around, how would I share it with you, I havent shared maps before, email?.

This was in the Nevada desert, 7M, 60 trim TO4E, 275/35/18 wheels/tires and 3.91 rear end.
FYI.... to fully utilize these fenders with wide wheels and tires you will have to do some serious cutting of the stock fender opening and inner fender to fit big wheels at a lowered ride height. Then fab up a way to close up the gap with sheet metal or fiberglass. I just finnished putting the...
Yes we got endlinks, and they are adjustable too, for fine tuning of pre load or legnthening when using the "stiffer holes" on the Rear ST bar.

With solid or Poly motor mounts a damper is not needed. You can even just go with one of these on the drivers side of the engine to keep the engine from tourqing and run a stock mount on the passenger side to keep vibrations under control.
A 3" Downpipe and exhaust is the best bang for your buck upgrade you can do on a mk3, gains of up to 50+ hp can be had just by installing a full 3" exhaust, and yes the DDP will make a little more power than a standard 3" downpipe/ elbow (only about 28 whp more!!!!). Once you have a full 3"...
The JDM JZA70 Turbo-R cars have stiffer bars too. They are solid vs hollow North American spec ones. I have a front bar from my clip that I got laying around the shop.
