I would just do the front, as they are custom BIC made parts. I WILL NOT copy parts made by other companies, I have had others copy my parts and I will not stoop down to that level. This is just a feeler to see if anyone would be interested.

I already have a mk4 pump in tank, and I was just gonna add an inline Bosch 044. Togeather they should be good for my 600-700 hp goals. I am just a little worried about the Amperage draw with the two pumps. I know the mk4 pump draws allot of power.

I have a SP61 Ball bearing, which is basicly the same thing, on my car with a .58 T4 housing, and I love it!!!!, it is super responsive with full boost available at about 3700-3800 rpm. It made 370 whp at 15 psi and 420 at 17 psi.
A .63/ar t3 housing is a little smaller than a .58 t4...

Yes check for boost leaks first. The 57 trim turbo is flowing way more air than the stock turbo at the same boost levels, so the 57 trim at 10 psi is flowing about the same amount of air as the stock turbo at 12-13 psi, and the 7m afm measures air flow not boost pressure. When installing a DDP...
I normally get around 300-400 kms on a tank but have gotten as little as 240 kms on a tank with a very heavy foot and lots of racing. I get 450-500 kms on the highway. This is with a DBB SP61, 550cc injectors, 3.5" exhaust and a Mines ecu/ SAFC.
So will I be able to use a ABS trans in my non abs car?, can i just swap the sensors?

I ran the first DDP with out a flex for 3 years without any problems, and there are hundreds of others out there without the flex and i havent heard of any problems of running without the flex.
yes you could fit some type of motor cycle muffler, or they do sell small wastegate pipe mufflers...
