    I have, EFI fuse is getting power, i even replaced it just in case. If anyone can chime please call me 973 336 0966 its 5:30pm est now i'll be here for another 5 hours trying to figure this shit out.

    Sigh, i checked all the power & ground wires and they are fine, my problem lies with in the EFi Circuit/Circuit open relay. For some reason they are not opening up when the key is all the way on. I have to look into the body plug for this issue i assume... =/
