try pulling the pressure side pipe from both turbos and see if both turbos a pushing the same amount of pressure it could be that one is siezed and bypassing boost to the intake through the compressor housing.or the wastegate is stuck open.
do a compression check . you have eliminated everything but the wire harness and compression. also if you have an safc or something tied in you may have a break or short in the wire for the rpm pickup, it ties to the ignitor wire .
Its a wix oil filter its smaller than the stock its an rx7 filter . The reason is because i have a sandwich plate made for an rx7 to pick up for my oil pressure gauge. I have no idea if it does have a antidrainback valve .
