Get some eBay rotors. $175 shipped for front and rears, slotted and drilled. Go get some full metallic pads with lifetime warranty from your local auto parts store. Works great, no fade (street driving), last plenty long.

Don't waste your money on the glowshift stuff. In the day time, you won't be able to see the gauge clearly, it's tinted too dark. At night it looks really nice. The other problem with them is they are really cheap quality. The boost gauge my brother has sticks and moves slowly at times...

But the brand new wire harness, is that the engine harness? Could be the power wire going to your fuel pump is bad. Not supplying enough current to the pump.

Don't waste your money on silverstars. They are a big waste. I bought them for my ls400, didn't make a difference. It does look white when looking at the headlamp, but lighting on the road is the same. Definetely not worth tripple the price of the regular bulbs. Only way to improve...
