You should do test before replacing the HG, do a compression test at least.

I'll be cutting off and switching the flanges around today, got a Greddy metal gasket's for the turbo on its way. IJ-I'm sure ill have more issues once it's sealed, just how it goes.....but hoping for the best though. . But that's life and you just have to roll with the punches lol!!!!!! We...

So found another problem:/ the flanges that were welded on the dump pipe and manifold were switched. So that's why it was leaking so bad!

I found exhaust leaks at the turbo gasket, and the wastegate. I ordered newer and better ones so that should help. The leak at the turbo gasket was pretty bad,

I went set the MBC to its lowest setting, WG spring is 12psi, and the bov is working:) huh, to much at hi boost....? This is ass backward:/ Ps... I need to be at 18psi to even wake this turbo up..... Has the op tried upping his boost to see if it would open up the bov?? Might work...

I changed all my lines and ran shorter lines that, bov works under light load, but not full load. Kinda stumped right now:(

How is it that a bov works with low boost but not hi boost, that one is hard to understand:/

I have all silicone from DM, is that stuff cheap too? The bad thing is my bov work on another at now, and my hks worked with the twins:/ I think it's something with vac not pulling enough ( pinched lines) or something
