    If you want to risk your engine for a $90 part than go for it, I'd rather not worry if the 22 year old fuel pump is up to the task

    I know with some turbos you can take the compressor housing off with it still mounted to the manifold, should just be a few bolts on the back of the housing

    new intercooler vs. SAFC2 settings

    The new intercooler should have less of a pressure drop than stock so your boost may increase. Also should have a colder air charge. If you wanted to be safe you should add some fuel from 3k up, especially if the boost increased. Do you have a wideband?

    you could take off the 2.5" exhaust and run open downpipe for testing purposes to see if the gains from a better flowing exhaust are worth the $

    I have a wideband, it was around 11.5 to 12.0 a/f under full boost if thats lean to you

    No egr, been like that for 6+ years. Do you think it was runnning to lean? I had the boost turned down to 12psi and sometimes a max of 14psi because I went back to the stock 440s/afm with a walbro, afpr and fcd. It would run right around 12:1 a/f ratio under full boost
