The 91 + 7mgte starter will work fine. The newer one is threaded so its easier to replace in a sense.. :)

Yes, the vacum source is that check valve on the side of the intake mani. Stock mounting is on the firewall. closer to the brake booster area. Keep it away from heat as the sealer tends to melt on it. ( its the black goo st the bottom of the sensor) . I just put two screws to hold it in place

I made my own return line. Got 2 -10 an fittings ( earls ) and approximately a foot , maybe shorter of the steel braided line. Twist the connectors on and tighten the lock nut . ( I think the procedure is outlined in Dr.Jones site). Faily easy to do but be careful of damaging the connectors as...
