First thing first, replace the AFM electronics and the plug right away. I bet this is your cause for no start problem. Also, if there is any shorts present in the wire, it can cause a major engine fire.

I asked about that split in the middle of the hood a while back. This is his answer : "Dear suprastanger, There is a seem down the center of the hood, the reason is that the Carbon Kevlar material is not wide enough to cover the whole hood. So unfortunately there is now way around it...

Why a zip tie? You apply direct vacum to the top of the valve. This also gives you control through your climate control unit .

Is it cutting out like that while driving? It could be any of these things : MAP is disconnected, TPS is misaligned Ignitor is bad. I would check these things...

man I bought it exactly for the same reasons . I also have a gt4082 that crapped out on me. lol I kinda love this turbo :) . I am tempted to get my car tuned with it just for shits and giggles....
