no engine codes at all. Car runs great. However after full boost builds in second and higher gears power starts to fall off around 5000 rpms. Air fuel ratios are good. Although I have to pull some additional fuel at these higher rpms. Another thing that makes me think its pulling timming
What is the torque specs on the knock sensors? I want to check them. I think that my car is pulling too much timming under full throttle. Feels like it on top end. Is there a way to see how much timming is being pulled?
No no dyno time yet. I still need to finishup a few things. I need to put the new boost controller in, install the nitrous kit, and fix the 2.5" catback pipe that goes into a 3"muffler that came on the car. I truly wonder about people that do things like that. I also want to get my water...
No traction issue at all. tein flex suspension, nitto drag radials. Car is glued to the ground...lol. Slow 60ft is from me just rolling out instead of launching to get the clutch to hold.
I would really like to put a auto in my car. Can anyone tell me were to get the adaptors to put in a gm 3speed? I am looking at clutches and for one to hold 600rwhp I am looking at $900. That just made me move the auto swap up on the list......lol
Well took the supra to the track. I have about 700 miles on the new setup and thought it was time to get a idea.
First pass I launched at 4000rpm and almost right away it drove through the clutch. 2.1 60ft but would not hold any gear.
Went back and let the clutch cool.
second pass same...
I keep reading that people are having fuel cut issues even with there MAFT pro. I have run around 15-16 and have not hit fuel cut. I am runnning speed density, is that why? Does running speed density get rid of fuel cut?
the above helped me alot running 15psi. However I have tried to turn things down to 10psi, i have a 8psi spring. Cannot stop it from spiking around 15psi?
