Maybe mess around with it like retard only exhaust to get more overlap.(Might not help with a boosted car) If its pulling hard to redline then the graph is off. Stock DP could be why your psi is dropping. It should still have a flatter curve i would think. Here is a good read on it...

Are your cams wore down? What exhaust and elbow? Maybe the dyno operator messed up the correction values. Was this in in 3-4th gear (3rd auto 4th 5 speed)? I dont think its because the converter. 320tq at 2200 rpm then less then 220 at 5500? Does not seem right. How does the car pull does it...

A built shortblock on a 7m will handle 500 easy even with MAFT pro or Map ecu piggybacks. Alot of people have 500hp 7m's so its not rare or a bad idea. I would prefer a built 7m over a stock 2jz. It would be about the same cost to get 500hp with a 2jz swap as a built 7m. You can get 500 crank...

I have 2 ct26 turbos here from a different year supras. One has the wastgate feed closer then the other. Notice where the wastegate is drilled for pressure. Is there any difference on these besides this? Both say 42010 for the exhaust housing one (first pic) has a rubber shield on the wastegate...

Is it slipping? Pretty easy to tell it would kinda rev up higher then normal and not move very fast. Does it rev 1st out fine and when it shifts holds the rpm high in second yet is still moving slow?

Its not stock I never said it was 100% stock. He would gain ALOT with downpipe intercooler with all hard pipes Up psi to 13lbs. I guess the higher comp makes that much of a difference?

Yea everything is stock besides a 2.75 inch 3000 pipe. Stock pipes everywhere else. Stock IC

Im not sure what the CR is with the 2.0 gasket. Pistons are rated with a 1.4 gasket. Stock wastegate so its like 8.5-9 psi. Turbo is stock.

My friend ran his 7m supra at the track. Well it has exhaust (stock elbow) a fully built shortblock 2.75 inch pipe where the 3000 pipe goes. 8.5psi (stock waste gate) 245 tires. best time was 13.66 at 104 mph with 2.25 60' best mph was 107

I think he could run a similar time with the supra IRS in it if he dialed in the springs and stuff but I dont know really. Duane your running the stock rear end right? I know a bunch of mark IV guys are running close to stock rears ends in their cars and they are running similar times...
