same thing as my southbend pressure plate. although after i researched it, they actually heat treat it to make it a "stiffer" OEM pressure plate. dont worry, it'll work like its advertised.

cracked turbo leaking into the turbo elbow? could also be a cracked head or block on the exhaust side.. do a compression check and a coolant pressure test.

you want a good machine shop to surface the head and block. if they dont/cant hit 30RA dont bother... they should be able to hit it, and be confident to tell you they can.

powdercoating i could see it hurting the efficency of the IC because its so thick, and it would probably not let air through the fins. i would just use a light coat of krylon bbq paint and call it a day.

i wouldnt take less than 13k for a car like that. somebody will come along that loves the body, and wants the power of that 7m. and they'll buy it, its just going to take a LONG time... it took me like 9 months to sell my eclipse, and even then i only got $5500. It was worth over $7000...

i have the SUPER tiny momo wheel, its 11.9'' if i remember.... i love it! im going to switch it over to my 90 when the engine gets dropped in. big wheels suck ass. haha
