    Installed EGR...Interesting Effect on EGT

Good info! ......now I have to find out how critical this is, seeing as I'm running a FFIM with no room for the EGR to go back in......under boost I see about 1400*F pre turbo.

    JDM Style Fog Lights

I did not read the whole thread (someone may have said this) But rather than painting them you could have used Lamin-X protective film on them, you can get it in yellow, and it protects your lens from rocks and what not. I run clear film on my bimmers head lights, and on the supra I have yellow...

    18x9 +28 would they fit?

From the "other" forum: He also has 275s all around, IMO too wide up front with that offset. I'm running 17x9s with a 27mm offset and 255s, and rub a little only on hard bumps that slam my car down. I'm going to need to roll the front fenders, but on the rear I could still get away with a...

    Jimi's build update

Thanks guys. Not sure when I'll be putting it all on. Probably when I have the bumper off to get painted, that way it is only down once. Ben, I'm not quite done on that adapter, I'm close, should have it done this week sometime.

    Estimated cost for FG.

You will need a hell of a lot more materials than you'll be able to get at a boat store/ hardware store. Also you will need a slower cure rate on your resin then that "bondo" resin will give you. Go here, good materials and good info: http://www.fibreglast.com/

would these wheels fit a mk3?

Haha, I knew you knew better than that ;)

would these wheels fit a mk3?

Ok, I did a quick measuering job for you. Up front the 8.5" w/20mm offset will put the outer lip the same distance away from hub as my 9" w/27mm. Here is a pic I did and it is all to scale.

would these wheels fit a mk3?

IMO, It would be close up front, but close enough that rolling would take care of any problems. If this info helps any: I'm running 17x9 27mm offset up front and I rub a little on the fender so I will have to roll'em soon. Spacers would make things worse, like if he got 5mm spacers he would...
