What have i missed... and i blew MY motor

yeah i havent been on lately becasue of work and some other things so i was wondering what i have missed on lovely SM! lol...

and i blew my motor...
1 and 2 have so much oil lol.. i guess i got boost happy and when i did my rebuild i never did the bottom end plus 22psi untuned on some 93 and 94 isnt good! so i have alot of stuff on the way. i am now forging but i am putting good stuff in.lol

it lasted 648 miles:naughty:

i also devolped a rodknock.. i mean when i heard the knock i heard the lap piston air noise of liek misfiring and i knew exactly what it was.! lol doesnt suk that much... i just get to actually do it right this time..!

ND I KNOW I KNOW! U TOLD ME LAY OFF BUT I COULDNT!! I LOOSE!

proper tuning FTW! 22psi dude, i wasn't even crazy enough to run 22psi on my blown bottom end let alone on pump gas!

eh i kept hitting fuel cut at 12psi. then i relized the afm screw was all the way closed. i opened it up and uhmm then made this thread:(

See the only reason why my motor saw more than 18psi untuned on stock system on a 60-1 ct26 was because of rod-knock. It started knocking so i turned up the boost, funny story actually.

I was on my way to dinner had 2 other supra owners in the car with me, they got the brilliant idea to coax me into destroying my motor. They said "CRANK IT UP!" so i did, over and over until i hit FC @ 20psi. Drove the supra as a DD for 1-2k miles @ 20psi beating the shit out of it around every corner and it still didnt die. I finally gave up and pulled the motor wondering why i was shooting so much smoke, come to find out i blew ring land away on #6 piston.

Go Figure..

The rod knock became so bad it was changing the tone of the exhaust and at low RPM the car sounded like a subaru, shit the whole car shook @ idle and enough smoke out the tailpipe to cover 2 lanes of traffic when you engine braked coming out of boost

.20 over, new pistons, new bearings, refurb'd rods and ill be good to go.
