If they do ALL of that (the right way) for that price, you will be walking away with a steal. Parts will end up costing a lot more than that, so I say once you give them a list and they start really looking at the project, the price will go WAY up.

Yes the will fit, you shouldn't need to roll the fenders. I'm running 9" wide rims in the rear with a 27mm offset and I still have a little room left with 255s, I could get away with 275s.

If it is the newer style trim, the plastic is black. All you have to do is use a "urethane safe" paint stripper to remove the paint. Do not use a standard paint stripper as it can damage the plastic. This is what I did with mine and I replaced the rubber strip. I think it looks better than...
