Just so you know I am working on a direct E-fan replacement that uses the factory JZA70 hydro fan shroud and bracket this will install a 16" 10A 2900+CFM E-Fan heres the pictures one thing is holding me back my shroud cracked from age/brittleness/heat if you have one for sale PM me I tried Aaron...
The 1J doesnt have the alternator up there but the PS pump brake booster forward junctionbox /battery is in that area. Yea its a pain to deal and not so bolt on, but if you have 3" IC system with 4" IC large turbo heavily modded supra with new cams and plan a 80-90mm throttle body it maybe worth...
Possibley? when a relay is buzzing it is because it is in series with another circuite that takes a full 12vdc because the relay also uses 12vdc
Relay contact chatter is caused when you supply the coil 6vdc instead of 12vdc for example because the coil is only half way closing the contact...
its just not wired in right its like you have the neo output wired to the tps signal instead of the ECU pressure sensing input.
The best way to qualify a TPS is to measure the wipper resistance while everything is disconnected to it move the throttle cable or plate make sure as you move it...
Buzzing relays is normaly poor ground. meaning the relay is buzzing because somthing is grounding through the coil from another circuite poorly grounded or the relay itself is poorly grounded and buzzing because its grounding through the coil to another circuit on its ground wire also.
^ yea but installing it to factory oem specs means splitting the loom unless you decide to just put it in its own.
I think I would go for the mustang II front end and get rid of the PS pump if my rack went out.
Yes the factory one is a "U" shapped one about 2-3 feet wide with disc shapped heat sinks on the tube, I know because I used mine for the P.S. cooler its more efficient. If you have an auto radiator and manual transmission you can also use the bottom cooler on the radiator. Yes you could use the...
I guess I could play double post
Hydro fan/water pump is completely different from the mechanical fan/water pump You cant even leave the housings un-touched the whole thing haves to be changed out.
The pullys the mechanical fan nothing interchanges.
Your best bet is to get the beefier...
The more I look at it the compenents the more I believe they drive the injectors!
You need the right ones to drive the circuite with the specs provided on the data sheet just match them up.
What did you do to fry the chips goto 550s with out the resistor pack? extend the harness in a fashion...
My opinon.
Just about anything is better then factory saw blades apearence wise.
I support the idea after all I did put the cobra brakes on my supra.
I also support lightening the wheels up
for example my factory saws with tires weighed 47.2lbs
My new 17" WEDS weigh in at only 35.6lbs
So...
You have no choice when going over 14.5-14.7 psi you need a 3bar.
Otherwise you cant deliver acurate fuel to the air ratio. its not measurable if the sensor wont read it.
GM 3BAR here

You want to avoid upping the clamiping force too much due to crank walk.
6 puck sprung is what you want but it will wear out fast & be unfriendly to drive.
I think what holds the best in your power range is twin tripple plate its lighter can be slipped and hold the power.
Also a multiplate...
Based on this it may drive the three stepper windings or the fuel system since its not sequential.

It have been proven that the 2JZ & 1JZ haves roughly the same MAP they are both 2bar technicaly speaking because 1 positive 1 negative so its actually a 3bar sensor you need that reads up to 30psi and covers negative pressure.
The MAP sensors are roughly the same the big diference though is the...
^There is only two connectors for the ignitor no 3rd plug.
However there is a noise filter that gets grounded and is next to the ignitor it haves 2 wires to it and gets grounded it keeps the feedback noise from the ignitors from getting into your sensitive signals like radio knock timming...
I have one in my supra.
One of the big problems I found with it is it doesnt have the provisions for cupholders in the top.
You have to hallow out the top portion then re-atatch it to the cup holder portion with mods it will have factory cup holders as it is for the $$$ it doesnt support...
