I've been meaning to write a step by step guide on that, so here you go! :)
Step 1: Go to http://www.phoenixtuning.com/wiring/packingslip.html and hit "Print"
Step 2: Fill out the order form completely
Step 3: Pack your 2JZ harness and your original engine harness into the smallest box possible...
WOW. MSD customer service is TERRIBLE. The guy just was like, "Nope, don't have it" and hung up on me.
I'm talking to another company that builds these kinds of things now...
I was just looking around and found this part:
http://www.msdignition.com/product.aspx?id=6967
Seems like it would do the trick, I'm a dealer for MSD so I'll have to see what kind of price I can get on these...

Hey guys,
Of course there's a reason for the FC circuit not being connected to the computer: this is a 2JZGTE ECU, which DOES NOT HAVE AN FC CIRCUIT.
The 2JZGTE actually communicates with another ECU, called the fuel pump ECU (which replaced the C/OPN relay). Since no one that I know of has...
Uh.... you actually don't need to do that at all, with the way I wired it up, you connect the FC wire to a switch which goes to ground and when it's on, it's running 100%. The FP wire isn't connected to anything anymore!!! :)
Hope that helps!

PS: Where were you told that you need to...
LOL well I'll sell you my GS300, '93 in nice shape, perfect for a swap :) $3000
1JZ and 2JZ swap wiring conversions are $450 plus $40 for return shipping. Contact me for our current turnaround time.
Oh, good. :3d_frown:
c_ronius is correct. I could make a plug and play jumper patch harness for you that would do the same thing (it would plug into the Supra harness on one side and the Chaser ECU on the other side).

If you need a hand with wiring that up let me know, we do plug and play harnesses for that application.
We used to do them for Tech2 until they stole our design and started doing it themselves :(
-Doc
I'm bringing all my wiring gear with me and I'll be receiving harnesses and doing conversions in the RV while I'm on the road. It's business as usual, most people won't even notice the difference :)

Already up and running on a Verizon Wireless Aircard :)
Headed to Maine for the rest of the summer once we head out (as soon as our house sells) and then to Prince Edward Island, then we'll be running away from the cold :) Probably headed towards Texas.

CHANGE OF PLANS!
Okay guys, HUGE update. I've decided that there were way too many people and places to see in just one month of traveling around, so I've come up with a solution to the problem, which is centered around this:
That's right, this baby is sitting in my driveway RIGHT NOW...
If those a/c or p/s lines give you a hard time let me know, I can tig-weld some AN fittings onto the stock fittings and then make you some nice stainless braided lines.
