damn this will be ridiculous. given the TH400 i'm assuming this is going to be a drag car or street/strip car. given that bigass turbo and the associated lag (what A/R is it?) do you plan on using some kind of 2-step? what are you doing for engine management? AEM EMS?

the motor is most likely fine, its the teeth on the shaft that are stripped which is why its making noise. general rule is that if the motor is turning (making "noise") then its not the problem.

for the s2000 antenna, did you use the factory base/motor assy.? my car had a hole with no antenna assy. at all.
