lol, dont be too confident, my offsets are much less agressive than that and i molested one of my front guards last week when i hit a driveway. I took the same approach "rubbing doest hurt", but the flimsy A70 fenders can take much :(
^^ thanks, thats a good link. from what i gather, the RS is probably better for track work if you prefer grip driving/road racing. and perhaps the MZ is more suited for drifting where you want the rear tyres to break traction together, at the snap of your finger...
is any chance you can upload that pic? the attachment doesnt work. the lap 5 was one of the wheels I was seriously considering so i'd be good to see it agasint the A70 dash.
I fitted some new thermo fans as the one that was on there was very unreliable, so had to modify the cooler piping to get it all to fit! I've used a number of paint and panel places in the past with no success. Silvers motorbody do a pretty decent job with the gun.
took this pic last night...
I know i'm devastated, right before the car is finally ready to be driven on the street! I think i'll just get another sprayed up and put it behind me right away!
they are, or they were. I just damaged the front rhs 20 minutes ago when pulling into the workshop to have my cooler piping modified, part of the lip has been pulled out and the paint is cracked :(
Dylan, ive never seen that momo referred to as a factory option on A70 supras. The turbo-a and twin turbo R models obviously came with a factory momo but havent seen that one. interesting.
do you want more "contact patch" for tyre life reasons? Because in regards to handling, extra camber can be beneficial for cornering as you end up with more contact patch as the loading on the outside wheel of the corner increases. It really bugs me that I only have 1/14 neg camber on mine for...
im running 18x10 +22 up the back and 9 +15 up the front. I can't remember off the top of my head how much camber I have on the rear but I have only 1 & 1/4 deg on the front and this is how it sits with a 245/40.
Bascially there is no way you will get away with those offsels without rolling...
lol at the dumbasses comment, if the newspapers/politicians were able to swear maybe that's what they'd label them too. Those wheels are sensational, if they did a 10 with a tapered centre I'd consider getting a set!
I figure its something like that - potential for debris being flung at pedestrians, other cars etc but seriously, has anyone ever seen that happen? Boredom may be something to do with it too. the po po here actually have a "special task force" named "operation diagonal" that targets what they...
Yes thats the one mate. You're right, the place that sells them here in Adelaide (Australia) has an excellent rep and is about the only automotive place that brings in an extensive list of parts from The States so I guess they get away with it. I was just going to purchase directly from Summit...
I sort of like the idea of the NRG quick release hub, where is the best place to purchase?
IJ you listed as Momo Corse but it looks remarkably similar to a momo tuner? Also available in the brushed black centre. Looks like an awesome wheel, its probably at the top of my list at the moment but...
