I was quoted 700 plus for the flex a lite kit so i doubt they only pull 2500 cfm. i couldnt tell you how much my fans need to run, they are twin 12 inch Davies Craig on a custom alloy shroud and 52mm thick alloy radiator.
18 + 8 might hang a little bit outside the gaurd if you have stock suspension (will have plenty of room with some camber if it were lowered). I would go for a 235/40.
