    maybe there is less pressure due to the increase in flow? pressure is the resistance to flow.. so thats my theory.

    Nah, it'll have to be welded as well when I get the downpipe welded, but its very possible! I just wish it didn't burn up my speedo cable when I took it out for a spin the other day :(
