Not as much measuring as it looks,here's a pic with just the basic opening measured out and cuts made. Measurements: 16 1/2" from back edge of headlight opening.First two vents are 5" front to back(only cut 4 1/2"),third ones are 10" long. 4 1/2" in from the sides,then the "Vents"...

Thread two nuts onto the stud,then tighten the nuts against each other.Use the lower nut to back the stud out(that way if it tries to back off it's actually tightening itself against the other nut.)

Thought about it,Have been looking into getting some carbon fiber sheet and resin to try and make a few smaller parts first.I know how to make fiberglass molds,assume it's the same,gonna research it a bit more though.
