I agree with the above statement wholeheartedly. This is why I was a little hesitant to start this thread.. making this information more widely available just takes away from the effort driftmotion put into it.. if we don't do our job to give our support.
I got my stinger this weekend, and I know a lot of others are really interested in this setup. I decided to make this thread to help not only me, but others with the process of wiring up and setting up the EMS Stinger.

Project is almost complete at this point.. I got my Stinger EMS from Driftmotion. All hell is going to break lose when I try to wire this bad boy up. :(
Brent, to get it out try coiling up the liner to force out either end of the wire.. if it comes out then grab it with the pliers and straighten the liner back out as you will not be able to get it out coiled.
Since we're on the topic of mig.. I got this Clarke Hot Shot welder and it's awesome! I have yet to birdsnest it yet. Instead of having the wire feeder in the unit it works like a spool gun, but its only 120v! So far I'm really loving it for flux and aluminum.. and I don't even have to switch...

I would say 7M.. but given the situation (torque plate, availability, etc.) I say go 2JZ.
I'm a little biased as well since I'm nearing the end of the tunnel with my 2JZ and its already more than I expected.
