My fuel cutoff was at 14psi...and as for A/F, @ Full boost, I ran 12.1 AF's all the way across the dyno sheet.:D

I'm not sure if I get "exactly" what you're saying but if so, try pulling the panel out (just put some pressure on it) while you are trying to loosen the screw...that should give it some leverage and pop out....If that doesn't work, I don't know...I do know what you're talking about and I hate...
