I did it once I saw that mirror finish underneath the paint.
The tires were cheap. I'm not made of money like the rest of independantly wealthy mo-fo's.
Got mine at O'reilleys Auto Parts. It's a blue can that says Aircraft in big letters and has a picture of a Lockheed L-1011 Tri-jet. BTW, don't get any on your skin, it burns...bad
I followed the directions on the can, which said it may take up to 30 minutes and multiple applications. I can run my fingernail across the rough spots very hard and scrape some stuff off. It feels gluish. I used Aircraft paint stripper in an aerosol can.
I've stripped my blades but still have some "stuff" on them I can't seem to get off. I don't know if it's primer or what. It's nowhere near as bad now as it is in the picture I've attached. I was able to get most of it with more applications of stripper but there is still some on it and no...
How do you test the EGR. Would it not be safe to assume the catalytic converter is faulty due to the fact it had been sitting for long time and after the hg repair I drove it a while with bad donuts and got it inspected immediately after having that fixed?
Here it is if I did it right. Sorry the quality seems poor.
Also if this helps, I had been driving it around with the donut gaskets blown out. I went straight from the muffler shop to get it inspected which was just a little of 20 highway miles.
Well I got the exhaust fixed so don't sound like white trash anymore. I then went to get it inspected and it failed. The "Nox" came back to high. The guy said the exhaust is too rich. Anyway, took it home and was looking under the hood and found the hose from the charcoal canister to the fuel...
Something is stuck in your blower motor or it could be going out. If I'm not mistaken, you should be able to access the blower motor from under the hood. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
Well now that my headgasket is fixed, the car is running well although it sounds very white trash due to the exhaust leak. The toyota dealership ordered the wrong donut gaskets for my car so having to wait a little longer before I get that fixed. I seem to be leaving a trail of power steering...
I seem to recall a thread with detailed information on how to strip and polish sawblades. I cannot seem to find it. Can someone find it and post it? If I'm not imagining it, maybe it should be a sticky.
Guess I'll be swerving a little while longer till I save up some more $$$. I don't remember seeing a thread or post about a new red shell. I didn't know you got one. Guess I'll do some searching. Have you posted pics of it yet? If you haven't what's the story? I guess the grey car is now...
Well I picked up my Supra today and was able to drive it 100 miles home. My thanks to Christian w/DFW Supras for fixing it so fast and cheaply (IMO). I learned my headgasket was not blown but burned from a botched "whatever" that was done before I had it swapped into my car. Also learned it was...
