Well the storm came in so fast and I couldn't find any blankets that I could use (or was allowed to use by the wife). The storm was in and out in like 10 minutes. Good news is if there is any damage it is very minimal. I could not see any obvious dings.

See if you can do a cold start up on it if possible. If they still are driving it regularly then that may be hard to do. Cold starts reveal a lot.
You're off school tomorrow right? Both of you go drive it. You should be able to tell right off if that's a hard 190k miles or not. Toyota four bangers last well past 200k. Besides, who else do you know that has an MR2?
