That car does NOT have the potential of your grey car!
Grey car is already in much better shape, and is 89+ style. Both cars need a motor. I'd put the money into the grey car, rather than trying to buy and rebuild a pre 89 to take it's place. It will cost way more to have what you want that...
I didn't notice the sawblades being backwards. That might just be the deal breaker.
The window just got shattered within the last couple of weeks. They stuffed too much shit in the hatch and then shut it, you can see what happened next.
Plans are to either fix it or part it and use what I can for my ge-gte swap. Whatever it's missing under the hood, I have laying in my garage. Plus there is ton of shit in the hatch. Wheels are turning in my brain. If I decide to keep and fix, then the gray 89 goes bye-bye.
If I were the one selling the car I would laugh at 200 just because of the parts that are still on it.
I will say my offer was accepted and it wasn't much more than that.
I'm thinking very seriously of buying this car to either fix or use for some parts. I have a question regarding the body trim. ON the passenger door the trim is starting to come off because the clips are rusted. Easy fix or what? Anyway tell me what yall think of this. The body is straight, it...
I'm thinking about buying this car and the glass is shattered. The color is not too gay is it?
Has anyone ever had to replace the glass in the hatch and if so how hard was it to do?
The sensors my just be unplugged if it had a recent HG replacement. The oil sending unit is down below exhaust manifold. It's difficult to reach on a turbo model, easy of n/a's. The temp gauge is on the thermostat housing. good luck. very nice clean car by the way.
If it's running good...
When doing a ge to gte swap, can you just pop in a gte tach on your ge instrument panel and call it good or is the "fix" somewhere on the panel board itself?
I don't believe it's because of man. The earth's climate has gone through cyclical changes for billions of years. Back in the 70's I remember them showing us films about how we are approaching an ice age. It's a political issue, not a scientific one, being pushed by people with a political...
It needs a KISS sticker next to the Led Zepplin. Looks good though. I'm partial to Celica's having owned one (1985 GT-S). I just wish Toyota would have left them RWD also.
