I think in the same way with small measurements! But Metric is way easier for engineering calcs and is generally the way to go. Except of course for kph, mph just sounds better :)
I think they really just messed up the bottom black plastic on the mk4. The way it is curved down on each piece towards the rear of the car just looks wrong.
yeah your right, the acronym doesn't work. I lose.
I do think the mk3 has better stock body work/ground effects 89+ then the mk4 does. I actually prefer a stock body Mk3 to any kitted example i have seen. But with the correct body parts the mk4 takes the cake, Ridox=
I understand what you mean but thats like saying most people have the 3 piece 89+ rear wing so you should change it to a xyz wing because of it. If it looks good/better I would personally not care how many people do it.
Well I guess we can agree to disagree on this one. I love the RMM/TRD type-s look especially from the rear or rear 3/4 view.
I also think that the type-r and type-s look very different in how the side posts are designed.
anyway, lets get back to how cool a mk3 front on an mk4 would...
I want your avatar as a poster!
hopefully I like the hellas with the sylvania hypers. I dont know if I would have gone with the Cibies but i didn't even consider it since most people say to just go hella.
I agree with you, and also like the stock wing. Just in case, the Orion may be thinking of the other TRD wing which does look terrible, shown in a pic below. The RMM/TRD wing (shown on the red car above), I think it is called the type-s spoiler in the TRD catalog is my favorite wing on the car...

And I agree the stock front of the Mkiv looks pretty week. Put a Ridox front bumber or full kit with the TRD wing on it though and that is one mean looking car. This isnt the best pic, but you get the idea, plus unpainted hoods are the gheyness.
aesthetically speaking it is much better looking with the turbo clocked pointing downward. If you like it this way and you have found it to be shorter and straighter then I say go for it, but I would probably clock the turbo the other way because there is probably a pretty marginal difference...
Well after lots of reading and research I am ordering the E-code hella housings from the link that poodles posted earlier (thanks for the link!) and I am ordering the package with the Osram Hyper 70/65W bulbs. According to their site the factory wire harness should be fine for these bulbs. I...
:nono::nono::nono: Please re-read what I wrote. I told the guy earlier in that same statement if he has his finances in order and can pull it off I think he should purchase the mk4 (this means he is capable of purchasing a car while still being able to live in the affluence level he would...
well on the rallylight website I see the multitude of bulbs offered. I had planned on going with PIAA's but I have never seen them in person and am unsure if they are worth it. I did read that daniel stern lighting says they are not.
With regard to the replacement harness I still have not...
I will never understand why If a car is good it should be worth less or more based on its nameplate. The GTR is worth 70,000$ regardless of if it says Nissan or Infiniti... if there were as many MK4's as say a corvette C5 they would be worth much less, but they are rare, they are good which in...
So what kind of bulbs would you recommend in those housings if you are not going to upgrade the harness? I plan to do the upgrade down the road but for right now am just doing the e-codes and normal halogens. I had considered the PIAA's, but now I'm not sure...
Also I have been looking for...
