Isnt the compressor, Axel, and turbine balanced as a whole assembled unit? If so it wouldn't matter if said compressor wheel is balanced as it will still throw the overall balance out...

I don't think a fuel pump could move enough oil...it would have to be very light oil for it to work as the way a fuel pump works it literally pumps gas threw the elecronic internals of the electric motor! Oil will slow it down alot and probably pop a fuse....does your new...
There are all different size shims that Toyota has! As well as other Toyota engines use the same type shim...easy info to find on your own within the confinds of this forum! You don't have just one size shim in your head...there will be a couple all different sizes...that alone will tell you...
The lex/550 mod isn't perfect...it's close but not exact!
Your rich issue is cause you don't have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator as well as you probably don't have the "J" tube bypassed! The jtube is very restrictive to the high flow 255 walb and will cause too much fuel pressure...
