^^^ Yeah what he said... The cooler does serve a purpose other than starving your engine of oil... though the stock one is almost useless... with my oil cooler, filter and line mods I run about 8 qts of oil... though it is $60 just for the oil on a change, seems like cheap insurance...

IMO your pressure is higher than what I would expect, I am running an upgraded Toyota 7MGTE pump from DM, blueprinted internally, moly coated gears and shimmed on Castrol Syntech 0w30 (European Formula) Hot idle I am about 10psi and 3k 45psi, on a fresh engine. I would test with a manual gauge...

Not to argue, but I am not sure what you are referring as Normal - The TRSM @ OT is: Idle is 4.3psi and 3,000 RPMs is 36-71 psi... Assuming all is stock.

Not sure if you have been able to get a fresh battery in yet, but I do know that electronics will do funny things when fed voltage well below its threshold of functioning... Similar to when you do not have a solid ground... Start with fresh battery or a fully charged one and see what happens...

Assuming all worked before battery died and those are the only 2 things you have done, the first thing I would do is, remove battery from car to fully charge (or at least disconnect + and - leads), then re-install and see what happens...

Do you have a gauge on your fuel system or a way to check fuel pressure? Is everything else (other than what was mentioned) stock setup? Injectors, AFM, Fuel Pump, fuel pressure regulator etc...? The efi fuse blowing - Other than the obvious cause of fuses blowing (shorting positive to ground)...

IMO, I would take what you have in the car (parts only, none of your labor or anyone else's labor) include what you bought the car for. Now take that value and reduce it by 10% for every 10k you have put on the car since that time for the 1st 30k then take about 5-7% off for the next 30% and so...
