Well, just got back from Iraq again and its time to get back to the supra, but I ran into a couple of problems. I need to get my state inspection done and the catalytic converter I had (from an NA) doesnt fit where I installed my test pipe. I bought the test pipe from BIC and their picture shows that it is the same length as the cat, but it shows the turbo cat.
So is their a difference between the lengths of the NA and Turbo catalytic converters?

Also the supra needs new tires all around, and Im not looking to put DR back on it, so Im looking for a good performance tire, but not sure what to go with. I feel like Ive been out of the game, and looking for some help from you guys. What is the widest tire that will fit on the MKIV NA wheels(9" rear, 8"front)? I looked around and couldnt find anybody that makes a 275 for a 16" wheel anymore, so Im stuck at the moment on what to do.

Anyways, thanks for the help, its always appreciated!

as far as tires go, just get 255's... they come in a ton of sizes and are way easier to find. but your right, the only 275 wide tires are either crazy expensive, or there non-street friendly.

Yeah, that's probably what Ill end up doing, is just getting a smaller tire. Anybody know if there is a difference between NA and turbo catalytic converters though?
