Not fix, modify. Manufacturers use a similar process, although their clay is a lot more expensive and better. LOL, umm, no.

OK, I'm back in the picture mood. I took my MDF templates and filled in the areas that I cut away with play doh. Once the templates were perfectly flat, I pressed them into place and trimmed off the excess, giving me an impression of where I need to cut my lenses to fit my boxes. Now all I...

    My 92 3e5 Supra

Looks good Matt. The engine looks really clean and the valve covers really turned out nice, much better than what was on them a week ago. When was the Cressy in your garage? The motor is really coming along now. LMK if you need some help putting it in.

Had some spare time today so I trimmed my MDF templates so they were flush with the body. I ran down to TAP Plastics and had the new lenses cut. I still need to fine tune the edges of the new lenses and then create a mold so the areas that need to be cut to fit. I'm getting a little creative...

Not much, just getting things done. I was in the Marine Corps. I've been out since December 2007. I was stationed mainly at Camp Pendleton along with 29 Palms. I never deployed.

    Spool Time on my 1jz

The PT67 would be a better turbo for you, although you need to carefully choose your hot side housing. The setup Randy is working on is a standalone ECU, although I'm not sure which specific model Randy will be using for his kit.

    Spool Time on my 1jz

I'd get this setup with the .70 A/R http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-1jz67mmturbokit.php with a good standalone ECU (better than Megasquirt and Stinger), atleast 680cc injectors, 3", possibly 3 1/2" exhaust, FMIC with atleast 2 1/2" intercooler piping, top feed fuel rail, fuel dampener...

    rear tire wear

Out of curiousity, why was this posted in the 7M-GE section? Shouldn't it be in the MKIII General section????

    Who wants to help?

USPS has special flat-rate boxes just for sending care packages to our military who are deployed btw. Also, USPS is the only way you should send anything to our service members who are deployed.

    Project Clean 87

I went down to my buddy Trevors (northwestsupra) house earlier and cleaned up his garage quite a bit so his Supra isn't as burried. While there I picked up a set of new brake shims that were attached to a new set of pads I gave him. Anyways, I put the rear brake setup back together, much nicer...

Walbro install, protective sheath / sleeve necessary?

If you're talking about an in-tank fuel pump, you don't use a sleeve. If you're talking about an in-line fuel pump, use the sleeve since it adds insulation of noise and protects the fuel pump.
