with a good standalone ECU (better than Megasquirt and Stinger), atleast 680cc injectors, 3", possibly 3 1/2" exhaust, FMIC with atleast 2 1/2" intercooler piping, top feed fuel rail, fuel dampener bypass, a 2nd fuel pump (needed when you want to go over 400 RWHP), electronic boost controller (stay far far away from the manual boost controllers since they're known to be problematic), a good radiator (Koyo if you have the hydrofan, Mishimoto if you have the clutch fan), and cams (machined 2JZ-GTE or aftermarket).
Because of the power level, I'd also upgrade your entire brake system to a BBK setup (ARZ's setup for the front and rear is around $3k and is well worth every penny), as well as getting some good wide and sticky tires as well as upgraded suspension (coilovers, or the Tokico's with upgraded springs), poly bushings, and sway bars. This should get you a really good setup that will meet your goals.
