What you do is tack each runner together, and then once all the runners are done, you break the tacks on the flange, and then fully weld all the runners. Then you set them back into the flange and then fully weld the runners to the flange.

Ask and ye shall recieve.... Runner #2 Runner #3 Will do #4 tomorrow or tuesday....

The latch mechanism is still there. I will fab up something for a "door release handle" on the inside of the door once i make my lexan window. Right now i'm more concentrated on the header. Runner # 1 and 2 is done, gonne try and get at least 3 and 4 done tomorrow. Making a header is not...

Haven't taken any formal classes yet, Dave, but i will shortly. Everythign so far has been trial and error on scrap material. I'm gonna actually start on the real stuff soon. Started the exhaust manifold tonight actually.
