I have no PS, I can't really complain.
Like the others said, low speed and parking is a little difficult for the first couple months (you get used to it).
It feels fine at higher speeds, but I don't try to make the car handle... if I were it would REALLY suck.
LOL we might be waiting all day... so how about you start your own thread and stop jackin' mine!!!!
Impedence is probably the only difference, put an Ohmeter on one from each set and see what the resistance is.
I'm having some trouble with my ignition breaking up.. any tips to fixing this?
Right now I'm thinking:
-still too much meth/water?
-boost blowing out spark?
-plugs gapped too large?
Any help is appreciated.
I just wish there was a half decent knock meter I could pick up. That would put my mind at ease lol.
I've heard of people using headphones and lil mic's on the blocks to listen for detonation, do you know of what they use for that? I think IJ might have mentioned doing it, if I'm not mistaking?
Thanks for the info Justin, that is a map I stole from someone on SF, I'll probably add quite a bit of timing before I go to the dyno (nothing crazy of course). It sounds to me like you're reading it right.. KPA and 0'd to atm. 394 on stock twins? Dayum!
Honestly the car doesn't feel super...
Do you have anyway to tune? I hope so.. the only way to run an AFM in a custom housing is tuning for the new ammount of air entering the engine.. otherwise it's back to the old housing for you..
I destroyed my last two turbos, and nearly my motor (every seal in it) from venting PCV without vaccum (7MGTE). It may work for some of you but for me, I'd never risk it again.
Okay guys, attached is my map for the 2JZNA-T.. keep in mind at 19+ PSI it's tuned for meth injection.
The stinger software also has a 1JZ map (which is what I used for my basemap). With this map you can trim the map so that the car will idle and from there make adjustments as it's a good...
additionally... you'll cause detonation if you use a single, standard injector.. if you're doing it at all (using a home-made setup) use a cold start injector (more like a solenoid as it does not pulse). Your windshield washer pump will not produce enough flow to make a fine mist when the...
