I trashed the only clips I had (wires on them were probably too short anyways). I'm sure there are MANY people on here that would love to help you out with clips tho... just ask around.
yea, I trashed 90% of the 2JZGE stuff. Including the metal vac. lines.
If I were you I'd hook up that...
Dude.. you get the right clips and solder them on. It's not a big deal!
You have no business running the 2JZGE injectors with your setup. PERIOD. LOL.
WTF does that even mean?
If you're saying they won't fit your wrong. I ran 7M injectors in my fuel rail AND mustang injectors.
2JZGE stock FPR -
Fuel pressure:
265–304 kPa (2.7–3.1 kgf/cm2, 38–44 psi)
...not sure but I think thats a good amount more than the 7MGE
EDIT:
7M fuel pressure is
33-40 PSI
DO NOT RUN THE INJECTORS I SENT YOU..
-peanunts (styrofoam) in the injectors when mixed with gasoline will create napalm.. gummy flamable substance which creates a crusty product... (must be cleaned.. I did this on purpose so you wouldn't run them without cleaning).
-ALSO the injectors are...
My advice...
-Download the 2JZGE manual
-find the stock fuel pressure spec
-Download the 7MGE TSRM
-find the stock fuel pressure spec
-report back (we can help you from there)
-Install high impedence 7MGE injectors (89+ N/A's I believe).
(Car should be in good running order after this...
The problem... the problem is the car is run off of 7MGE electronics- ecu, wiring harness, ignitor, distributor cap, flapper AFM...
His car came with the 2JZGE injectors in them (higher flowing than 7MGE). This will cause the readings to be screwed up because the ECU thinks it's putting in...
I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get mine to read.. I eventually found out that I wasn't getting power to the ECU because I didn't have my harness grounded.
Next I knew I was getting power to the stinger. I couldn't get my USB-serial adapter to work. I found drivers.. still didn't work. I...
Wow, that sounds really impressive. You're right, the WBO2 feedback thing is scary to me. LOL. I'd just have to replace it every so often to keep from scaring myself shitless.
Good luck, I say go 1.5JZ so you don't have to worry about the manifold, downpipe, etc.
no, unfortuntely they use the most expensive (not to mention hard to find)Bosch LSM-11 AKA P/n: 0258-104-002.
Fortuntely driftmotion carries it for us.. it's on their main page.
Just get the Lexus AFM and the 550cc injectors, Trust me it puts your air fuel ratio at about where it needs to be.. the rest can be fine tuned. If you don't do the Lexus then you'll be screwing up your timing like crazy by taking out 25% of fuel.
And obviously don't do just the lexus AFM, 1)...
Wow, is that video screenshot of the Stinger 4424?? My software doesn't show the gauges (under tuning scree) like that and I can't find any way to change it??
re-gapped the plugs.. wow I do not miss the 7MGTE. That only took 20 minutes (and I've never re-gapped plugs before!).
We'll see tomorrow if that clears up the break-up.
Using the 4 wire Bosch sensor you connect it directly to the stinger, and the stinger acts as the wideband controller (no brains needed).
You could also use the Innovative LC-1 for a WBO2 input, but I like keeping things simple.
You won't be able to connect the zeitronix wideband sensor...
...also when he says "Super 70", that reminds me of the SSAC/XSP "ebay" turbos which are completely different than the MP T70 w/ .8X exhaust side.
Although, he did say .68 exhaust housing which came on the MP T70.. but maybe the MP 70 too...
I say post some pics.
