mostly for the walbro, because it doesnt like the 8 to 12 volt switch but if you are tuning, and still on the stocker. just do it, it makes tuning a lot easier

just bypass it, driftmotion sells a bypass hose. it dampens pulsations from the pump. i got rid of mine and haven't noticed any ill effects. i would recommend the 12 v pump rewire though.

go to your local toyota dealer, and get the right one. a 2jz sensor will work.

vacuum is normal, it should jump up if you just rev it. but it likely wont pass 0. you need a load on the engine in order to really build boost.
