when I was reading suprasport's: Speical Note for 86.5-88 Supras. These struts do not have a strut-cap landing on the rod. This will cause poor performance by letting the rod poke through the cap. Tokico and Koni struts have the landing. So, for the 86.5-88, you should convert to the 89-92 type...

Im going to try to get my dads old work truck for a couple hundred bucks when they get their new shippment in, they will sell the old ones dirt cheap, Its 98 F-250 4x4 with 180,000 miles and has quite a few dents and dings all over but it would be great for winter driving
