    When I touch the leads together, I get a reading of 004. When the leads are apart I get a reading of 1. When I touch the leads to pins 1 and 2 on the relay I get a reading of 004. When I tough the leads to pins 2 and 5 I get a reading of 1

    With my wiper control relay plugged in, my windshield wipers refuse to turn off once the key is turned to the on position. With the relay unplugged, the wipers work perfectly. What the hell is going on??? Adam
