Hey guys,
Coming back with a new kit with Billet 4 and 6 pistons calipers. How many people would be interested? Kits will run $1100 shipped for 4 piston and $1250 shipped for 6 piston. I will also have a 4 piston rear kit available for $1100 shipped. Let me know your thoughts. These are...
Ordered from brake performance before. Talked with them for quite awhile, really nice people. Not sure if they are making them in house or who they are ordering them from but they make them to order. So takes 3-5 days to ship but very nice packaging and great products plus a lifetime warranty...
If you can't tell the difference between the sound of too much valve clearance and knock you are in big trouble. Those noises are at opposite ends of the engine and should be very very easily distinguished!

It is the start or rod knock....you will see it get progressively worse till it damages something. If you put some new bearings in it now you may get away without damage to the crank or rods. But the reason you only hear it at 2K is the the harmonics just because right to make the rod rattle...
Dan I think your calculations are far to simple, I am on my phone so I will write more later but you are not factoring in things such coefficient of drag between the two different size pipes in relation to air velocity in use center of the tube. As well the number of bends, and the pressure...
Those pictures were from 6 years ago, I would have to do some serious digging to find them. It was a cool mod of me when I first started making manifolds but we are miles past that these days with all my CNC stuff. I will see what I can find but no promises.
Thanks,
Seth
They have not been on the track yet but with the rotor size and total pad area they should have no problems. MAke sure you are using high grade fluid like super blue...
Not sure what a round up price is but the group buy is already full at the introductory price.
Thanks
Seth
It is back under the knife a bit right now. Hope to have it back on the road in the next two months. Have to finish a bunch of customer stuff first though but it is time for all this hard work to make some power!

Hey guys,
Well I have never had much headgasket problems until the motor I am running now so I thought I would try something new. I am looking to o-ring the head. Actually machine a groove for a 1/16" o-ring around each bowl and around the water and oil jackets. I am not planning to do...
Get the claim and buy the car back....When I wrecked my 06' Acura TL with 53K on it they would sell it back to me for 4K after giving me 17K. Bet they will give you the 3K for it and then selling it back to you for $500! You can buy a real nice shell for $2500!!!
Glad you aren't hurt but...
Simply buy a generic cable longer then you need, trim it to the right length and then get a pack of these: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RNB-03336/
Most auto parts stores stock. Then you thread the cable through the fire wall and pedal, put one of the barrel clamps above on the back side...

Thanks,
Seth
Did perhaps go to the actual group buy? This is just a discussion thread so no pricing. Go to the group buys page all the information is there....
Thanks,
Seth
As for rears and how much of a lack of interest I have in people actually buying these and not just talking about them the answer is no. Considering only 5 people have joined the group buy I won't even get half my development time it took to design this kit back. Time to find a market that...
