Peter, I thought you might have mentioned having a lexus AFM, you arn't running it yet are you? With stock injectors i could see it causing a problem. If it's installed try running a stocker, and re-setting the ECU by pulling the EFI fuse.

I've ran 30 PSI on pipes with no lip w/ out them blowing off.. like you said, your clamps suck.

you'll be streching it with 3ft. You'd have to go directly over the valve covers and it still might not make it. I think I used 4 or 5 feet.. I can't recall..

Supraforums would be your best bet.. but I really doubt someone has one laying around unless they did a custom project to mate the getrag to another motor. How is it broken? Is it repairable?
