Ok does anyone know or experienced their AEM EMS having settings affecting coil ground? Does anyone know what I can check on the AEM to make sure it SHOULD be giving power and ground to the coils?

I ordered a new one (ground wire with other side connector) from Toyota today, I'm hoping it is my problem but, now that I think about it, I don't think I would have hooked it up when it was running because I don't remember taking that piece (as well as anything else) off the body, but I hope...

Aluminum radiator & two 7" Spal fans, one on the condenser and one on the radiator in place of the stock ac fans (more for clearance than cooling though).

Ok do you know if this piece being disconnected would cause my car to not let me get a breaking groung to 2 out of my 3 coils?

Mine is missing, does this piece interupt the coil and ignitor? I see its all connected on the tsrm but would this prevent my car from starting or give me any problems? I wanna know before I go buy a new piece.
