Happened to me with a 22RE. HG Was replaced only to find out that there was a hole in one of the oil passages pumping oil into the coolant.

You still need to replace your hoses.

What does this have to do with a leaky hose? Replace the hoses and stop driving it until you do. Because you are leaking coolant, your system will end up running low on it and your going to anneal your head, then you will be back to square one.
