True, however I couldnt find an extended one anywhere so you can also turn the cams, I used a regular length allen socket w/ an extention, and had no problems getting on any of them, as you can turn the cams and theres a flat spot on the cam for each bolt so you can get in there w/o a problem...

The galley cover also acts as a gasket, sealing the casting plugs (the 4 upper large allen plugs. Without the gasket, oil leaks from these filling your galley with oil.
